Put ingredients A into the i-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 1 minute, then pour into ingredient B and soak for 1 hour.<\/p>\n<p>2. Preheat the steamer, steam the purple sweet potato for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>3. Put the steamed purple sweet potato and rock sugar into the i-Processor, press \u201cPulse\u201d button for 5 times. Pour into a bowl.<\/p>\n<p>4. Brush Cooking Oil on steamer, make the purple sweet potato into balls cover with sago.<\/p>\n<p>5. Preheat the steamer, use medium heat to steam the purple sweet potato balls for 30 minutes.
